MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Every special event like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Birthday Party you will need an ideas to give to him/her to make it more special.❤

So here is the recipe of Molten Chocolate Cake. Since my mom loves something sweet especially chocolate cake, I have baked it once with my sister for my mom on her birthday. There is also other ideas you can do or give for your special one, like a sweater that you knit yourself, an album with a lot of pictures in it, or you can do a birthday party to him/her.

Ingredients
1) 1 stick (4ounches) unsalted butter
2) 6 ounches bittersweet chocolate .
3) 2 eggs
4) 1/4 cup of sugar
5) pinch of salt
6) 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450.
Butter and lightly flour four 6-ounce ramekins.
Tap out the excess flour.
Set the ramekins on a baking sheet.

Step 2
In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the butter with the chocolate.
Take medium bowl beat the eggs with the egg yolk, sugar and salt at high speed until thickened and pale.

Step 3
Whisk the chocolate untill smooth.
Quickly fold it into the egg mixture along with the flour.
Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekins and bake for 12 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm but the centers are soft.
Let the cakes cool.
Cover each with an inverted dessert plate.
Carefully turn each one over, let stand for 10 seconds and then unmold.
Ready to serve!

Its more delicious if you put a scoop of ice cream vanilla or whipped cream when you eat it.
